A collection of fixes this morning:

• Improved deleting posts across all servers.
• Added alt text to published blog book lists.
• Fixed some sporadic errors on one server.
• Fixed content-negotiation header for some ActivityPub requests.
• Fixed delays updating muting (can still take a few minutes).
